HAPPY ENDINGS ARE OVERRATED?

Hey there! How are you guys doing? Hope you are safe at home. In my 17 years of existence , I have read a lot of novels and watched some movies and I have noticed that in almost all of the movies or novels,whatever genre it is-thriller,crime,romance,action etc.,the protagonist usually gets a 'happy ending'. (yeah! I have already talked about this a ton of times,and also put up stories on my Instagram about it) But life is not about happy endings,its about highs and lows, ups an downs,its about the challenges we face and how we overcome our fears,how we deal with stress and sadness of losing someone accepting that and then becoming happy again. In real life, your near and dear ones do die and love stories do come to an end.
